Volleyball Recap: Raytown Comes Up Short

Raytown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Lee's Summit Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 last Saturday.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-13, 25-18.

Raytown's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Lee's Summit, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Coming up, Raytown will host Lee's Summit North at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lee's Summit, they will head out to face off against Grain Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be Lee's Summit's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
