Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Railroaders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 17-1 on Friday.

Minneola's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Ellis, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2.

Minneola has already played their next contest (against Satanta), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Ellis, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 10-0 defeat against Thomas More Prep-Marian on the 14th.
