Basketball Recap: Quincy Takes a Loss

Quincy and King Philip Regional squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Quincy had to settle for second. They took a 57-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the King Philip Regional Warriors. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Presidents of the 63-52 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2019.

Quincy's loss dropped their record down to 20-6. As for King Philip Regional, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season.

Quincy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for King Philip Regional, they have already played their next match, a 64-38 defeat against Bishop Feehan on the 6th.
