St. Augustine Prep is 8-1 against Ocean City since October of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Hermits will face off against the Raiders at 4:00 p.m. St. Augustine Prep's defense has only allowed 0.2 goals per game this season, so Ocean City's offense will have their work cut out for them.

St. Augustine Prep proved they can win big on Wednesday (they won by eight) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out Mainland Regional 2-1. Given St. Augustine Prep's advantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey soccer rankings (they are ranked third, while Mainland Regional are ranked 36th) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Ocean City). They came out on top against Mainland Regional by a score of 3-1 on Wednesday.

St. Augustine Prep's victory bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Ocean City, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2-1.

St. Augustine Prep beat Ocean City 3-1 when the teams last played back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hermits since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
