Recap: Central Bobcats vs. McClintock Chargers
The Central Bobcats suffered their biggest defeat since December 12, 2023 on Wednesday. Their rough 65-39 defeat to McClintock might stick with them for a while. Central has not had much luck with McClintock recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
McClintock found their leader in underclassman Lamaiya Woodberry, who scored 20 points along with four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Iakira Mike, who scored 12 points.
Central has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season. As for McClintock, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-6.
Central will be playing in front of their home fans against North Canyon at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for McClintock, they will head out on the road to take on Metro Tech at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
