Basketball Recap: Paschal Comes Up Short

Paschal was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 57-29 loss at the hands of the Joshua Owls. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Owls this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-24 two weeks ago.

Paschal's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Joshua, the victory (which was their 17th in a row) raised their record to 20-1.

Coincidentally, Paschal and Joshua will both be playing Leon the next time they take the court. The Panthers will head out to face the Cougars at 4:15 p.m. on Friday, while the Owls will head out to face them at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
