Basketball Recap: Ozark Triumphs

Ozark's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They walked away with a 54-44 win over the Jefferson City Jays. For the Tigers, this counts as revenge for the 41-39 victory the Jays walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2022.

Ozark's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Jefferson City, they dropped their record down to 0-5 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Ozark will venture away from home to face off against West Plains at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Jefferson City, they will be home for the holidays to greet Father Tolton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
