            Football Recap: Wilmer-Hutchins Eagles vs. Kimball Knights        
        
		
        
        
            
Wilmer-Hutchins extended their losing streak  to three  on Thursday, dropping them down to 2-6. They were beaten by the Kimball Knights 68-0. The Eagles lost against the Knights in their previous head to head  back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the  34-20 score last time.
As for Kimball, they pushed their record up to 5-3 with the  win, which was their third straight  at home. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  points they've scored all season.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Kimball to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Javion Broussard, who picked up 137 receiving yards and two  scores. Another back making a difference was  Charles McCuin, who rushed for 118 yards and one  touchdown on only ten carries.
 We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Wilmer-Hutchins is set to  face off against  their familiar foe North Dallas  at 7:15  p.m.  on Thursday. Meanwhile, Kimball will  take on  rival Conrad  at 7:30  p.m.  on  the 31st.
