Football Recap: Conway Comes Up Short

Conway was the 49-35 winner over St. James when they last played one another back in November of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers took a 36-23 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sharks on Friday. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Although Conway took the loss, they still got scores from Noah Legg, Gabriel Williams, and Savion Watson.

Conway's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for St. James, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 3-5 record.

Conway didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 38-19 defeat against Socastee on the 24th. As for St. James, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 20-17 win against North Myrtle Beach on the 24th.
