Roosevelt has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will challenge the Riverside Rams at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Roosevelt's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last eight matchups.
Even though Saunders Trades & Tech scored an imposing 71 points on Monday, Roosevelt still came out on top. Roosevelt enjoyed a cozy 86-71 win over Saunders Trades & Tech.
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Riverside, who are still winless after their eighth matchup. They opened the new year with a less-than-successful 50-44 defeat to they two weeks ago.
Roosevelt is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. As for Riverside, their loss was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-8.
Everything came up roses for Roosevelt against Riverside in their previous meeting on January 3rd as the squad secured a 86-31 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Roosevelt since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
