Volleyball Recap: Williams Field Black Hawks vs. Highland Hawks
Williams Field lost against Highland back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Black Hawks lost 3-0 to the Hawks. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Black Hawks have suffered since November 7, 2024.
While Williams Field was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-16, 25-9.
Tatum Clay paced Williams Field's offense, picking up nine kills. Clay got some help from Makenna Mooney and her 19 assists. Finally, Clay was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high three blocks.
