Baseball Preview: Wilson Wildcats vs. Hillcrest Panthers

The Wilson Wildcats will head out on the road to face off against the Hillcrest Panthers at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Hillcrest is hoping to do on Friday what Sunset couldn't on Tuesday: put an end to Wilson's winning streak, which now stands at six games. Wilson blew past Sunset 14-4.

Jose Fermines was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing three innings while giving up no earned runs off four hits. Fermines was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.
