Volleyball Recap: Union County Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Union County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Volunteer Falcons. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Falcons this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 4th.

Union County's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Volunteer, they pushed their record up to 15-6 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Union County will square off against rival Grainger at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Volunteer is set to face off against their familiar foe Cherokee at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
