Basketball Recap: Moore County Takes a Loss

After soaring to 63 points the game before, Moore County was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They were dealt a 72-22 loss at the hands of Richland. Moore County has struggled against Richland recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meetings.

Moore County's defeat dropped their record down to 5-15-1. As for Richland, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season.

Moore County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Richland, they will challenge Santa Fe on Thursday. Santa Fe will roll in looking for their 17th straight victory, something Richland surely won't give up without a fight.
