Soccer Game Preview: Freedom vs. Potomac Senior

The Freedom Eagles will head out on the road to challenge the Potomac Senior Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Freedom and six for Potomac Senior.

On Tuesday, Freedom came up short against Gar-Field and fell 3-1.

Meanwhile, Potomac Senior fell victim to Gar-Field and their airtight defense on Thursday. They lost 8-0 to the Red Wolves. That's two games in a row now that Potomac Senior have lost by exactly eight goals.

Freedom's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7-1. As for Potomac Senior, their loss dropped their record down to 2-10-1.

Freedom skirted past Potomac Senior 3-2 in their previous matchup back in April. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
