California is known for producing some of football greatest quarterbacks in football history: John Elway, Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers.

Not from the Class of 2019.

For the first time in recent memory, not a single signal-caller is among the top 10 California recruits, according to 247Sports Composite.

Instead the class is filled with an assortment of athletes, led by Oaks Christian (Westlake Village, Calif.) defensive end Kayvon Thibodeaux, a 6-foot-5, 235-pounder who is the No. 1 recruit in the country. Thibodeaux had 20 sacks last season and 99 tackles, leading to 28 college offers.
