Baseball Recap: South Hadley Comes Up Short

South Hadley fell victim to Easthampton/Hampshire and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 5-3 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.

South Hadley is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6. As for Easthampton/Hampshire, their win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Hadley will take on Monson at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Easthampton/Hampshire, they will challenge Hopkins Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
