Baseball Game Preview: Bishop Ready Silver Knights vs. Bexley Lions

The Bishop Ready Silver Knights are taking a road trip to challenge the Bexley Lions at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. Bishop Ready is coming into the contest hot, having won their last five games.

Bishop Ready proved they can win big on Monday (they won by eight) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out Bexley 6-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Silver Knights have posted since April 18, 2024.

Bishop Ready saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Lincoln Miller, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with two RBI, one run, and one double. Jordan Welch was another, going 2-for-3 with one run and one double.
