Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Abilene Christian). Everything went their way against the Midland Classical Academy Knights on Tuesday as they made off with a 77-53 win. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Knights two weeks ago, they had to take a 61-41 defeat.

Abilene Christian's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Midland Classical Academy, they dropped their record down to 4-5 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Abilene Christian will take on Cisco in a tournament on Thursday. As for Midland Classical Academy, they will host McCamey at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
