Westhampton Beach put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They managed a 46-41 win over the Walt Whitman Wildcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 48-38 last Saturday.

Westhampton Beach pushed their record up to 3-0 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.7 points per game. As for Walt Whitman, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-3 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Westhampton Beach will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Amityville Memorial at 12:00 p.m. on January 25th. As for Walt Whitman, they will head out on the road to take on Central Islip at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
