Andrew and Lincoln-Way Central are an even 3-3 against one another since October of 2015, but not for long. The Thunderbolts will be playing at home against the Knights at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Andrew will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each contest than the last.

Andrew is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Stagg 56-6. The Thunderbolts haven't had any issues with the Chargers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Lincoln-Way Central was able to grind out a solid victory over Bradley-Bourbonnais on Friday, taking the game 28-20. The Knights pushed the score to 28-7 by the end of the third, a deficit the Boilermakers cut but never quite recovered from.

Andrew's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Lincoln-Way Central, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.

Andrew took a serious blow against Lincoln-Way Central when the teams last played back in October of 2023, falling 43-16. Can the Thunderbolts avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
