Recap: Clinton School vs. Lab Museum United
Clinton School scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They put the hurt on Lab Museum United with a sharp 56-32 win. Considering Clinton School has won five contests by more than 19 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
Clinton School's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Sofia Tokarczyk, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 20 rebounds. Tokarczyk is absolutely dominating the rebound category: she's posted at least eight every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaya Kelly, who scored 19 points along with five rebounds.
Clinton School's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Lab Museum United, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-1.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clinton School will be home for the holidays to greet Adams Street Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lab Museum United, they will stay at home for another game and welcome NEST+m at 5:00 p.m. on December 22nd.
