Volleyball Recap: Ovilla Christian Eagles vs. Valor Preparatory Academy Knights        
        
		
             Ovilla Christian waltzed into their match  on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Valor Preparatory Academy Knights as they made off with  a  3-0 victory.
 The  3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Ovilla Christian was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-13,  25-10.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Ovilla Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Jillian White, who  had seven  digs and four  aces. That's the most  aces  White has posted since back in August. The team also got some help courtesy of  Elise Jacob, who  had five  digs and four  aces.
 She wasn't the only good server: Ovilla Christian  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 18  aces. They are 9-1 when  they serve at least ten aces.
 Ovilla Christian's win was  their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 24-5. As for Valor Preparatory Academy,  the  loss snapped their winning streak at five games  and leaves them with a 18-10 record.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ovilla Christian will square off against Garland Christian Academy at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Valor Preparatory Academy, they are on the road again  on Tuesday to play Valley Mills at 7:00  p.m.
