It was a proper cat-fight when Franklin challenged Rockdale on Friday. The Lions put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won six in a row.

Franklin not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Rockdale between 17 and 20 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-20, 25-17.

Franklin's victory bumped their record up to 14-20. As for Rockdale, they dropped their record down to 18-19 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
