Volleyball Recap: R.J. Reynolds Takes a Loss

R.J. Reynolds was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lexington Yellowjackets.

R.J. Reynolds actually scored more points across those four sets (95-94), but sadly they still had to settle for second. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 26-24, 18-25, 25-23.

R.J. Reynolds' loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. R.J. Reynolds will venture away from home to challenge Page at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. R.J. Reynolds is facing Page at the right time seeing as Page is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Lexington will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Central Davidson at 5:00 p.m. on April 1st.
