The Leetonia Bears's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They took a 58-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of United. Leetonia has struggled against United recently, as their game on Tuesday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Leetonia lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Carson Brock, who scored 15 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Brock is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was CJ Faulkner, who scored 12 points along with six assists and five rebounds.

Leetonia's defeat dropped their record down to 3-12. As for United, their victory bumped their record up to 5-7.

Leetonia will head out on the road to face off against United at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for United, they will be playing at home against Leetonia at 7:00 p.m. Leetonia is hoping to put an end to a 19-game streak of away losses dating back to last season.
