Volleyball Recap: Mira Mesa's Luck Changes for the Better on Saturday

Mira Mesa's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They came out on top against the Olympian Eagles by a score of 2-0. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Marauders as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Mira Mesa's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Olympian, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season.

Mira Mesa will venture away from home to challenge Mater Dei Catholic at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Olympian, they will host Helix at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
