William Tennent had to endure a six-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They were the clear victors by a 16-1 margin over the New Hope-Solebury Lions on Tuesday. The Panthers' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Jordan Lawson was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 3-for-3. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Luke Torok, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

William Tennent always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .621. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

William Tennent's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-6. As for New Hope-Solebury, their loss dropped their record down to 5-2.

William Tennent will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Lions: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
