Meanwhile, Wynnewood strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They breezed past Stratford to the tune of 56-0. The game marked the Savages' most dominant victory of the season.

Wynnewood's win bumped their record up to 9-0. As for Walters, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

Everything went Walters' way against Wynnewood in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, as Walters made off with a 33-8 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Blue Devils since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
