Basketball Game Preview: North Miami Warriors vs. Cowan Blackhawks

The North Miami Warriors will take on the Cowan Blackhawks at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. North Miami has given up an average of 55.5 points per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week.

North Miami easily dispatched Southern Wells last Friday, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. North Miami fell just short of Caston by a score of 64-61 on Thursday. While the Warriors didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Comets 21-17 in the first quarter.

Meanwhile, Cowan entered their tilt with Southern Wells on Friday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They came out on top against the Raiders by a score of 71-61.

Cowan's win bumped their record up to 7-14. As for North Miami, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-14 record this season.
