Chase Wildroudt posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Thursday. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over five innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.
