            It was a Battle of the Birds when Lake Mead Christian Academy challenged Indian Springs on Tuesday. The Eagles walked away with  a   6-3  victory over the Thunderbirds. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Thunderbirds recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive  win against them.
 Hunter Zierleyn and  Christian Marrs were major factors while hitting and pitching. Throwing,  Zierleyn   pitched one inning while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. Meanwhile,  Marrs   pitched one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Zierleyn has been consistent: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in eight consecutive appearances. At bat,  Zierleyn  got on base  in three of his four plate appearances with one  RBI, while  Marrs  went 2-for-3 with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  double.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Bowe Farmer, who  went 2-for-3 with three  RBI and one  stolen base. The team also got some help courtesy of  Danny Yeates, who  earned one  RBI, one  run,  and one  stolen base.
