Volleyball Recap: East Central Comes Up Short

East Central lost against Pine River-Backus back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Eagles lost 3-0 to the Tigers. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

East Central's defeat dropped their record down to 3-19. As for Pine River-Backus, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 19-9 record this season.

East Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pine River-Backus, they will welcome Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
