Baseball Recap: Pike County Comes Up Short

Pike County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 14-0 to the Opp Bobcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bobcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-0 on Tuesday.

Pike County's loss dropped their record down to 3-12-1. As for Opp, their victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-4.

Coming up, Pike County will host Daleville at 4:30 a.m. on Monday. As for Opp, they will venture away from home to take on Long at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
