Helix is 8-2 against Mount Miguel since January of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Helix Highlanders will be playing in front of their home fans against the Mount Miguel Matadors at 7:00 p.m. Helix will be strutting in after a win while Mount Miguel will be coming in after a loss.

Helix is coming into the match on the come-up as their season has now been buoyed by two straight victories. They took down El Capitan 59-41 on Friday.

Meanwhile, Mount Miguel suffered their closest defeat since January 10th on Tuesday. They fell just short of Steele Canyon by a score of 48-45. While the Matadors didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Cougars 16-7 in the first quarter.

Helix's win bumped their record up to 8-16. As for Mount Miguel, their loss dropped their record down to 11-11.

Helix beat Mount Miguel 58-47 in their previous matchup last Tuesday. Will Helix repeat their success, or does Mount Miguel have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
