Meanwhile, it was close, but on Tuesday Bowie sidestepped Madison for a 1-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Bowie.

Bowie pushed their record up to 15-7-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those five games. As for Veterans Memorial, their victory bumped their record up to 15-9-1.
