Oakland-Craig came tearing into Tuesday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24 points) and they left with even more momentum. They breezed by the Bancroft-Rosalie Panthers to the tune of 64-30. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 23 points or more this season.
Oakland-Craig was led to victory by Adi Rennerfeldt and Briar Ray. Rennerfeldt went 9 of 11 en route to 23 points, while Ray went 6 for 11 on her way to 15 points along with six assists and four steals. Bancroft-Rosalie's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Makenna James, who posted nine points and five boards, and Bailey Murphy, who put up four points in addition to five rebounds and three steals.
Oakland-Craig pushed their record up to 13-1 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Bancroft-Rosalie, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.
