Volleyball Game Preview: Bayard Tigers vs. Hyannis Longhorns

The Bayard Tigers will face off against the Hyannis Longhorns at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Tuesday, Bayard beat South Platte 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

Meanwhile, Hyannis posted their closest victory since October 15, 2024 on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out Sutherland 2-1.

Hyannis had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 20-25, 25-21, 25-14.

Bayard's win bumped their record up to 5-11. As for Hyannis, the victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-13.
