Elizabeth's win bumped their record up to 15-6. As for Red River, they dropped their record down to 13-7-1 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Elizabeth will welcome Hackberry at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Elizabeth's pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so Hackberry's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Red River, they will host Winnfield at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Winnfield is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.1 runs per game this season.
