Volleyball Recap: Longmeadow Wins Going Away Against Putnam Vo-Tech + How To Watch

Longmeadow had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Putnam Vo-Tech on Tuesday. The Lancers put the hurt on the Beavers with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Lancers in their matchups with the Beavers: they've now won three in a row.

Longmeadow walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-14, 25-17, 25-18.

Caroline Croteau was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had seven aces.

Croteau wasn't the only good servers: Longmeadow was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 19 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in November of 2024.

Longmeadow's record now sits at 17-2. As for Putnam Vo-Tech, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-6.
