Basketball Recap: Wabeno/Laona Comes Up Short

Wabeno/Laona was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 62-54 to the Phillips Loggers. The Rebels were not able to make up for their defeat to the Loggers from their previous meeting back in February.

Wabeno/Laona's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Phillips, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Wabeno/Laona will welcome Florence at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Phillips, they will head out on the road to take on Auburndale at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
