Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Stone). They never let the Wayne County War Eagles onto the board and left with a 3-0 win on Friday. The score was close at the half, but the Tomcats pulled away in the second half with two goals.

Stone has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. As for Wayne County, they suffered their first road defeat, dropping their record down to 8-3.

Stone will take on Laurel in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wayne County, they will be home for the holidays to greet Gautier at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
