Football Recap: Warsaw Takes a Loss

If Warsaw was feeling good fresh off their 41-7 takedown of Wawasee last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Tigers were beaten by the Concord Minutemen 38-7 on Friday. The contest marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

BO BRUNNER had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 145 yards and three scores on only 14 carries, while also throwing for 129 yards and one touchdown while completing 80% of his passes for Concord. Those three rushing touchdowns gave BRUNNER a new career-high. CHAR'RESE BREVEARD was another key player, gaining 109 total yards and a touchdown.

Warsaw's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Concord, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.
