Softball Game Preview: Kenwood Knights vs. Northeast Eagles

Kenwood hasn't had much luck against Northeast recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Knights will welcome the Eagles at 5:30 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Kenwood is headed into Wednesday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 22nd straight game dating back to last season last Tuesday. They came up short against West Creek, falling 15-4.

Meanwhile, Northeast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 16-1 to Kirkwood.

Northeast saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jordan Donohue, who went 1-for-2 with one double. That double marked the first that Donohue hit this season.

Kenwood's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Northeast, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.
