Football Game Preview: Harper Woods Pioneers vs. Rochester Falcons

The Harper Woods Pioneers will face off against the Rochester Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Harper Woods is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Harper Woods' defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They claimed a resounding 34-0 win over Southfield Arts & Tech. The Pioneers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by 27 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Rochester fell victim to Stoney Creek and their airtight defense on Friday. They had to suffer through a 34-0 loss at the hands of the Cougars. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Cougars recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Harper Woods' victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Rochester, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Everything came up roses for Harper Woods against Rochester in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 44-15 win. Will the Pioneers repeat their success, or do the Falcons have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
