Volleyball Recap: Bethlehem Christian Takes Down Valley Forge Baptist Academy in a Playoff Battle + How To Watch

With a playoff win on the line, Bethlehem Christian rose to the challenge on Saturday. They came out on top against the Valley Forge Baptist Academy Patriots by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

Bethlehem Christian had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 16-25, 25-20, 25-20, 25-20.

Lily Barry paced Bethlehem Christian's offense, picking up 19 kills. Barry got some help from Abby Wilson and her 28 assists. Reagan Yarnell controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Bethlehem Christian is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-5-1 record this season. As for Valley Forge Baptist Academy, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.

Looking ahead, Bethlehem Christian will take on Salem Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Valley Forge Baptist Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
