Normangee has gone a perfect 5-0 against Slocum recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Normangee Panthers will look to defend their home field against the Slocum Mustangs at 6:00 p.m. Normangee is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.9 runs per game this season.

Last Monday, Normangee came up short against Grapeland and fell 6-2. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Sandies recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Kynleigh Long was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double. That double marked the first that she hit this season.

Meanwhile, Slocum hadn't done well against Grace Community recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. Slocum came out on top against Grace Community by a score of 8-4. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

Slocum now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Normangee, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Everything went Normangee's way against Slocum in their previous matchup back in May of 2022, as Normangee made off with a 7-0 victory. Does Normangee have another victory up their sleeve, or will Slocum turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
