A well-balanced attack led Pima over Miami in every quarter on their way to victory  on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Pima Roughriders blew the Miami Vandals out of the water with  a  48-19 final score. The Roughriders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11  contests by 20  points or more this season.
 Despite the loss, Miami still got an impressive performance from   Deray Mathis, who  posted 14 points and three  steals. Mathis has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more  blocks the last 19 times he's  played.
Pima is  on a roll lately: they've  won 15 of their last 17 matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 21-3 record  this season. As for Miami,  the  loss snapped their winning streak at four games  and leaves them with a 15-9 record.
 Pima didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  game,  a  40-34  victory against Arizona Lutheran Academy on the 25th. As for Miami, they also  wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  contest,  a  41-37  win against St. Augustine Catholic on the 28th.
