Volleyball Recap: Monrovia Beats Indianapolis Lutheran for Their Fourth Straight Win

After losing to Indianapolis Lutheran the last time they met, Monrovia decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Bulldogs were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Saints on Saturday. Winning may never get old, but the Bulldogs sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Monrovia walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-21, 25-10.

Monrovia pushed their record up to 10-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Indianapolis Lutheran, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Monrovia will square off against rival Guerin Catholic at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Indianapolis Lutheran is set to challenge their familiar foe Perry Meridian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
