Basketball Recap: Forsyth Central Comes Up Short

Forsyth Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 60-34 to the Hardin Valley Academy Hawks. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 350th in Georgia, while the Hawks are ranked 121st in Tennessee).

Forsyth Central's record now sits at 5-9. As for Hardin Valley Academy, their win bumped their record up to 4-6.

Forsyth Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 49-26 victory against Flowery Branch on the 4th. As for Hardin Valley Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 55-51 defeat against Morristown-Hamblen East on the 3rd.
